[求助] 关于版块进入

求片区上面说明说level 3 可进，可怎么进入去呢？是不是有什么要求？
以前公告区里有帖子说各版块进入等级的帖子，能不能把那个帖子在弄一下
还有金榜区公告说交易金榜会涉及原创分，这个比率怎么算的？
希望解答下，谢谢~
